Điều khoản này áp dụng cho website www.mediaomni.site và hệ thống quản trị nội bộ “Media Omni Hub”, vận hành bởi Media Omni — đội performance marketing thuộc UpBase Vietnam (Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ UpBase). Truy cập hoặc sử dụng website tức là bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.
1. Phạm vi dịch vụ
Website công khai cung cấp: thông tin về dịch vụ performance marketing (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google Ads), case studies, blog kiến thức, và các công cụ tính miễn phí (tính phí sàn, ROAS, PNL thương mại điện tử, thuế thu nhập cá nhân). Kết quả từ các công cụ tính chỉ mang tính tham khảo, dựa trên số liệu bạn tự nhập — không phải tư vấn tài chính hay pháp lý chính thức.
2. Hệ thống nội bộ
Media Omni Hub (đăng nhập tại trang chủ) chỉ dành cho nhân sự Media Omni, đối tác/khách hàng được cấp quyền của UpBase. Tài khoản không được cấp quyền quản lý dữ liệu vận hành sẽ chỉ có vai trò xem hạn chế. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập của mình và thông báo ngay cho chúng tôi nếu nghi ngờ tài khoản bị truy cập trái phép.
3. Sở hữu trí tuệ
Toàn bộ nội dung, thiết kế, mã nguồn và thương hiệu “Media Omni” thuộc quyền sở hữu của UpBase Vietnam, trừ khi có ghi chú khác. Không sao chép, phân phối lại nội dung với mục đích thương mại khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản.
4. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Chúng tôi nỗ lực để thông tin trên website chính xác, nhưng không cam kết website hoạt động liên tục, không lỗi, hay kết quả từ công cụ tính đúng tuyệt đối trong mọi trường hợp. Media Omni không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc sử dụng thông tin hoặc công cụ trên website ngoài phạm vi hợp đồng dịch vụ đã ký (nếu có).

These terms apply to the website www.mediaomni.site and the internal management system “Media Omni Hub”, operated by Media Omni — the in-house performance marketing team of UpBase Vietnam (UpBase Technology Joint Stock Company). By accessing or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of service
The public website provides information about performance marketing services (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google Ads), case studies, an educational blog, and free calculation tools (marketplace fees, ROAS, ecommerce P&L, personal income tax). Results from these tools are for reference only, based on figures you enter — they are not formal financial or legal advice.
2. Internal system
Media Omni Hub (sign-in available on the homepage) is restricted to Media Omni staff and authorized UpBase partners/clients. Accounts without granted permissions are limited to a read-only role. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Intellectual property
All content, design, source code, and the “Media Omni” brand are owned by UpBase Vietnam unless otherwise noted. Do not copy or redistribute content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that results from the calculation tools are always exact. Media Omni is not liable for damages arising from the use of information or tools on this website, beyond the scope of any signed service agreement.
