Media Omni là đội performance marketing in-house thuộc UpBase Vietnam (Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ UpBase), vận hành website www.mediaomni.site và hệ thống quản trị nội bộ “Media Omni Hub”. Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập, vì sao thu thập, và cách bạn kiểm soát dữ liệu của mình.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
a) Form liên hệ / đăng ký nhận tư vấn (tại trang chủ, /lien-he và cuối bài blog): họ tên, email, số điện thoại (không bắt buộc), tên thương hiệu/gian hàng, kênh quảng cáo đang chạy, ngân sách hàng tháng, ghi chú, và nguồn gửi (trang nào). Chúng tôi cũng ghi nhận địa chỉ IP và User-Agent trình duyệt để chống spam.
b) Đăng nhập Google cho hệ thống nội bộ: hệ thống nội bộ (Media Omni Hub) cho phép nhân sự và đối tác đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google. Khi đó chúng tôi nhận tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện từ Google để tạo phiên đăng nhập. Tài khoản không nằm trong danh sách được cấp quyền sẽ chỉ có vai trò xem hạn chế, không truy cập được dữ liệu vận hành.
c) Cookie phiên đăng nhập: một cookie kỹ thuật (httpOnly, đã ký) dùng để giữ phiên đăng nhập của hệ thống nội bộ trong tối đa 7 ngày. Cookie này không dùng để theo dõi quảng cáo.
d) Số liệu truy cập ẩn danh: chúng tôi dùng Vercel Analytics và Speed Insights (đo tốc độ tải trang, không gắn danh tính cá nhân) và Google Analytics 4 khi được cấu hình, để hiểu lượng truy cập và cải thiện hiệu năng website.
e) Chat hỏi đáp công khai (Public Chat, nếu bạn sử dụng): nội dung câu hỏi được xử lý để trả lời, có giới hạn số lượt sử dụng theo từng phiên trình duyệt (nhận diện qua cookie ẩn danh), tách biệt hoàn toàn khỏi dữ liệu vận hành nội bộ của khách hàng.
2. Google API Services / Google Ads API
Hệ thống nội bộ Media Omni Hub — chỉ dành cho nhân sự được cấp quyền — sử dụng Google OAuth với phạm vi (scope) https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords để đọc dữ liệu Google Keyword Planner (ý tưởng từ khoá, lượng tìm kiếm ước tính, mức giá thầu tham khảo) từ tài khoản Google Ads do UpBase quản lý. Mục đích duy nhất là phục vụ nghiên cứu từ khoá và lập kế hoạch chiến dịch quảng cáo cho các thương hiệu UpBase đang quản lý.
- Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán, KHÔNG chia sẻ dữ liệu này cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.
- Chúng tôi KHÔNG dùng dữ liệu này để hiển thị quảng cáo hay quảng cáo lại (remarketing).
- Mã làm mới quyền truy cập (refresh token) được lưu trữ mã hoá phía máy chủ — chỉ hệ thống máy chủ đọc được, không lộ ra trình duyệt.
- Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập bất kỳ lúc nào qua myaccount.google.com/permissions hoặc bằng nút “Ngắt kết nối” trong hệ thống nội bộ.
Media Omni’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Lưu trữ & xoá dữ liệu
Chúng tôi áp dụng chính sách dọn dữ liệu định kỳ, tự động: nhật ký truy cập hệ thống nội bộ giữ 180 ngày; thông báo đã đọc giữ 30 ngày; log audit (ghi nhận thay đổi dữ liệu vận hành) giữ 2 năm; dữ liệu tra cứu Keyword Planner được lưu bộ nhớ đệm tối đa 30 ngày. File gốc do đối tác tải lên hệ thống báo cáo được xoá phần dữ liệu thô sau 2–14 ngày, chỉ giữ lại số liệu đã tổng hợp tới 365 ngày để đối chiếu lịch sử.
4. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xem, chỉnh sửa, hoặc xoá thông tin cá nhân của mình mà chúng tôi đang lưu trữ. Gửi yêu cầu qua email liên hệ bên dưới, chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.
5. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu vận hành được lưu trên hạ tầng Supabase (mã hoá khi lưu trữ và khi truyền tải), truy cập được kiểm soát theo vai trò ở tầng máy chủ. Chúng tôi không lưu mật khẩu Google của bạn — luồng đăng nhập/kết nối đều đi qua OAuth 2.0 do Google cấp.

Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật để phản ánh đúng thực tế hệ thống. Ngày cập nhật gần nhất luôn hiện ở đầu trang.

Media Omni is the in-house performance marketing team of UpBase Vietnam (UpBase Technology Joint Stock Company), operating the website www.mediaomni.site and the internal management system “Media Omni Hub”. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. Information we collect
a) Contact / lead forms (homepage, /lien-he, and blog posts): name, email, phone (optional), brand/shop name, advertising channels in use, monthly budget, notes, and referring page. We also record IP address and browser user-agent for spam prevention.
b) Google Sign-In for the internal system: our internal system (Media Omni Hub) allows staff and partners to sign in with a Google account. We receive the name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create a login session. Accounts not on our access list are limited to a read-only, no-data role.
c) Session cookie: a technical, signed, httpOnly cookie keeps the internal system session for up to 7 days. It is not used for advertising tracking.
d) Anonymous analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (privacy-friendly, no personal identifiers) and Google Analytics 4 when configured, to understand traffic and improve site performance.
e) Public chat (if used): question content is processed to generate answers, with a per-browser-session usage cap identified via an anonymous cookie, kept physically separate from internal client operating data.
2. Google API Services / Google Ads API
Our internal system, Media Omni Hub — accessible only to authorized staff — uses Google OAuth with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to read Google Keyword Planner data (keyword ideas, estimated search volume, reference bid ranges) from Google Ads accounts managed by UpBase. The sole purpose is keyword research and campaign planning for brands under UpBase’s management.
- We do NOT sell or share this data with any third party.
- We do NOT use this data to serve or retarget ads.
- Refresh tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.
- You may revoke access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions or the “Disconnect” button inside the internal system.

3. Data retention & deletion
We run automated, periodic cleanup: internal access logs are kept for 180 days; read notifications for 30 days; audit logs (who changed what operating data) for 2 years; Keyword Planner lookup cache for up to 30 days. Raw uploaded report files are purged after 2–14 days, while aggregated figures are retained for up to 365 days for historical comparison.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data that we hold. Send a request to the contact email below; we respond within 7 business days.
5. Security
Operating data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (encrypted at rest and in transit), with role-based access control enforced server-side. We never store your Google password — sign-in and connection flows go through OAuth 2.0 issued by Google.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect the actual state of the system. The latest update date is always shown at the top of this page.
